Temple of Remembrance

EMBODYING THE PRIESTESS

Women’s Bali Retreat 2026

Temple of Remembrance is a devotional gathering for women — a return to the body as temple, to presence as prayer, to the priestess already within you.

Held in Ubud, devotional heart of Bali, where offerings scent the morning and ritual belongs to everyday life.

Lush green terraced rice fields on a hillside with tall palm trees, sunlight shining through the leaves, creating a misty, tropical landscape.

EMBODYING THE PRIESTESS

In this space, the priestess lives
through presence and sensation.

She listens deeply.

She moves with intention.

She honours cycles, rhythm, and inner knowing.

In the Temple of Remembrance, movement, sound, and ritual draw you into embodied devotion—
and the Priestess is remembered through the whole of you:

energy softening into clarity,

choices returning to what matters,

inner knowing guiding you in quiet, steady waves.

HOW THE RETREAT UNFOLDS

Temple of Remembrance unfolds as a living experience rather than a fixed structure.

Days move through gentle waves of embodied movement, sound, ritual, and rest. Time opens for attunement, expression, and integration, allowing each practice to meet the body where it is.

Yoga, dance, ritual, meditation, and ceremony weave together naturally, held by shared presence and the quiet rhythm of the land.

The retreat lives through experience — felt, witnessed, and remembered in the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Two baskets with colorful flower petals placed on a stone surface.

Embodied movement, breath, and intuitive flow become offerings. The body listens. Rhythm leads. Movement becomes a living prayer held within the circle of women.

Move as Prayer

Spacious open-air yoga studio with wooden floors and a thatched roof, surrounded by lush green tropical vegetation.

Sound, music, and ritual weave a shared field of devotion. Expression rises, softens, dissolves. Not to perform — but to remember together, through pulse, breath, and presence.

Gather in Ritual & Rhythm

A white and gold statue of a deity standing on a large lotus flower in a lush, green jungle setting, with black outdoor furniture nearby.

Space opens for stillness, journaling, and simple sharing. Time to rest. Time to soften. Time to feel held by sisterhood, by rhythm, by the quiet intelligence of being together.

Rest, Land, Belong

This is a call to enter the circle — to be moved, held, and remembered through devotion, rhythm, and the quiet power of feminine presence.

This retreat is a lived space of devotion, where the Priestess is remembered as a way of being — listening deeply, moving with intention, choosing what feels true — as rhythm, ritual, and presence guide you back into her quiet, steady knowing.

OUR RETREAT HOME

Naya Ubud is a sanctuary nestled among rice fields and lush tropical landscape, offering a sense of ease and quiet beauty — open spaces, natural textures, and gentle architecture that invite the body to soften and the breath to deepen. It is a place that supports rest, presence, and reconnection, while holding us close to the living rhythm of Bali.

Here, days unfold unhurriedly.

Movement, ritual, and stillness feel at home.

The land becomes part of the practice.

ACCOMMODATION

Our retreat home is made of a small collection of villas—each with its own atmosphere.

Some sanctuaries offer deep privacy with an ensuite and space to yourself. Others hold a shared-villa rhythm: a few bedrooms gathered under one roof, with shared bathrooms and a communal feel that softens the edges and invites connection.

Every sanctuary is held with care, comfort, daily housekeeping, and the beauty of Naya’s land—so your rest becomes part of the practice.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Two women standing outdoors in front of lush tropical plants, each holding pink orchids and smiling at the camera.

Briohney, also known as Lo.tess, brings beauty and artistry to life as a multidisciplinary creatrix, yoga and meditation facilitator, DJ, and performance artist.

Deeply rooted in healing arts, creative expression, somatic and dance movement practices, she conducts spaces that allow magic, mystery and presence to meet.

Drawn to yoga well over a decade ago, her journey led her into Indian and Fusion Belly Dance, a devotional and creative expression that has taken her to stages across Australia and internationally, including Ubud, Bali and India.

Her yoga style is fluid and meditative - weaving yin, slow flow, vinyasa, somatic inquiry, and free-form, dance inspired exploration, with influences from Embodied Flow and Zenthai Flow movement training

As a DJ and Ecstatic Dance facilitator under the name Lo.tess, Briohney weaves sound as ceremony and community connection, igniting conscious spaces and festivals around Melbourne.

Across all her offerings, she invites embodied presence, creativity, and a deeper connection to the wisdom of the body.

Maja is known for her fierce softness, guiding women through movement, breath, and energy as acts of devotion and remembrance.

Her work lives in the body—where rhythm becomes prayer, the breath opens the heart, and presence is remembered through shared practice.

Her yoga is shaped through years of study with her teacher Jules Jenkinson, and deepened through recent training with Shiva Rea. Expect wave-like, breath-led sequences, spirals and pulses, moments of stillness that land like medicine, and space to listen inward—so movement becomes devotion, and devotion becomes something you can live.

Through embodied movement, ritual, and deep listening, she creates spaces where women are held, witnessed, and gently returned to the wisdom they already carry.
