The Levels of Training

    Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

    The first step on the Reiki path. Shoden introduces the foundations of Reiki practice, including its history, principles, self-healing, and hands-on treatment for others. It is a beginning rooted in simplicity, presence, and direct experience.
