We all carry a story.
Mine is still unfolding. It is a story of losing myself, discovering Reiki, and slowly finding my way back.
Reiki changed my life.
I grew up in Zagreb, Croatia. In the early 2000s, my life took a difficult turn when I began struggling with an eating disorder. I became deeply disconnected from my body and from myself.
Then, in 2005, I met the teacher who introduced me to Reiki. I received my Level 1 attunement in Usui Shiki Ryoho and began practising every day.
Healing came slowly, through showing up for myself day after day. Over that first year, I began listening to my body again and rebuilding the trust I had lost.
Reiki remained part of my daily life. I continued practising, learning and deepening for many years, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in 2022.
Today, more than 20 years later, Reiki remains at the heart of my life and my work. I share it through one-to-one sessions and teaching, and I serve as Chair of Reiki Australia.
Looking back, I feel grateful for all of it—even the difficult years. They shaped who I am and the care I bring to this work.
“Just for today, I will be grateful.”
Yoga Path
Yoga grew naturally from my Reiki practice. Reiki taught me to listen in stillness; yoga taught me to listen through breath, rhythm and movement.
My path began with Hatha Vinyasa and has been deeply shaped by Jules Jenkinson, my mentor since 2016. In 2024, I completed a 300-hour training in Sri Lanka with Jules and Sasha Ezzi-Irani, exploring Elemental Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra. Today, I continue to deepen my teaching through Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea—a living practice of movement meditation guided by prana, the life force.
In my classes, breath initiates movement and sequences unfold in waves, weaving together rhythm, mudra, mantra, elemental awareness and moments of stillness. Some practices are solar—strong and energising. Others are lunar—slow, fluid and restorative. Each class responds to the season, the energy in the room and what feels supportive that day.
The intention is always the same: to move beyond the outer noise, reconnect with the wisdom of the body, and remember the light and love already within.
What Working Together Feels Like
Warm. Grounded. Real. and quietly transformative: clear teaching, embodied practice, and simple rituals that belong to everyday life.
We move gently and with intention, trusting what the body already knows and inviting the kind of shift that lasts.

“ To heal doesn’t mean to become the best version of yourself, to heal it means to accept and unconditionally love all parts of yourself, as they are.”
