THE PATH OF REIKI
LEVEL 1
Shoden is the beginning of the Reiki path. It introduces the foundations of Reiki practice, including its history, principles, self-healing, and offering Reiki to others. It is a beginning rooted in simplicity, presence, and direct experience.
During this training you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki and receive your first attunement, opening your connection to this gentle yet powerful healing energy.
At this level, the focus is on self-practice and direct experience. You will learn how Reiki flows through the body, how to work with energy in a grounded and simple way, and how Reiki can support balance and wellbeing in everyday life.
Held over two days, the course offers time for learning, practice, and integration in a warm and supportive environment.

The exchange for this training is $450 AUD.
A $150 deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due on the weekend of the training.

A 2-day in-person weekend training, held on Saturday and Sunday, including attunement, practice, manual, and certificate.
