Return to the Essence is a devotional immersion in yoga, ceremony, and ritual, rooted in living Sri Lanka. We gather in a small circle to move, listen, and be held by nature’s pace.

Where we stay - One Bhakthi
Between palms and village lanes near the south-coast beaches (about 1.2 km; 3–5 min by tuk-tuk), One Bhakthi becomes home.
Dawn is quiet and unhurried; the shala catches first light before breakfast.
Midday slows in shade—time for ocean, a book, or doing nothing.
As dusk warms, we gather again for practice, ceremony, and easy conversation. It’s cared-for, humble, and devotional—a base to arrive, exhale, and feel held.
