A breath-led returning through the layers — skin and muscle, pulse and energy, thought and feeling — until your essence feels close again.

In practice, we follow the intelligence of the breath. We move as a ritual of renewal — opening the places that hold, strengthening the places that carry you, softening the places that ask for kindness. Meditation becomes a hearth inside you: steady, warm, true.
